  1. This is a really interesting video. Thank you for sharing. Can you do a video on the effects of mold toxicity on skin? Specifically, what we could do or what might help if our skin is suffering from mold exposure?

  2. Good day to you Doctor! Thank you for talking about high temperature grilling and HCAs and aromatic hydrocarbons being carcinogenic. I don’t think it’s talked about enough.

  3. Thank you for the interesting video. I feel like I learned a lot, as always! I’m surprised you did not mention anything in regards to clogged pore follicles and pollution. I know I’m not the only weirdo, but have you seen those blackhead removal videos on YouTube? They’re quite popular, and they’re commonly associated in Asian regions: specifically China — where pollution is noticeably significant and air quality isn’t as good.

Also, I was visiting your old videos in regards to plant oils. Could you possibly do a video about the difference between fragrance and plant oils and how to know which plant oils aren’t considered fragrance? I find it very confusing and couldn’t find anything online to distinguished the two apart 😅

    1. @@DrDrayzday Can vitamin B9(folate/L-5-MTHF), B3, B12, ZINC, vit A, vit C, vit D, Quercetin Which of these supplements be taken in conditions like too much urination and UTI?

    2. Fragrance oils tend to fall under “essential oils” like lavender, citrus, tea tree, eucalyptus, rose, mint, rosemary, lemongrass, cinnamon, patchouli, clove, cedarwood, etc.

  4. Am glad science sees a link between high pollution and acne. My bad acne (city dweller) would clear up when I visited relatives in a rural area.

  5. Love your Christmas tree!!! Happy Holidays Doctor! Thank you for your insight. Always appreciated 💖

  6. Very interesting I really like bath and body works candles.. I heard they are pretty bad but I love warming them. Is burning a candle different from warming the oils? 😢

  7. I moved and I live by a huge chicken plant and since I moved to this area my skin is soooo bad! Always red and I break out with huge bumps and sometimes they are so painful

  8. Dr Dray is there any research into how often antioxidants need to be reapplied to skin to continue to protect through out the day?

  9. Hi Dr Dray, great talk again; it convinced me to not regret buying my expensive air purifier lol! Lately I’ve been reading up about PM2.5 and air pollution affecting sleep. Glad that I moved away from the big city a few years ago. I have less stress, deal with less traffic and less angry people, and have better skin and health now 😊

  10. Love your video Dr. Dray. Unfortunately, we can’t go back to horse and buggies cus there would be no sunscreen.

  11. Can you do a review of elf products am seeing they have new products with nice common gentle ingredients in them

  12. Thank you for your videos @DrDray, always so interesting. I have a question – that has nothing to do with that video! – but just about skincare. I recently bought a travel size nivea soft cream during a trip. Wanted something for my hands. And as I really loved the feeling of it, I use it on my face. I’m surprised that Nivea is a brand I never hear about from dermatologists, and I was wondering what you think of it?! Is it a good cream for face? Cause I want to buy one of those big jar but wonder if it’s a good idea?! Thanks from Paris!
