  2. Decades ago when I had inflammatory facial acne and โ€œbacneโ€, a week in the ocean cleared it all up for months! I would use the sand as a dermobrasion method.

  4. Husband and I both have seb derm- we started noticing on a cruise that we both got so much better and eventually figured out it was probably the salt water.

  5. I did that when I was a Sr in high school visiting Miami. I swear to God swimming in the ocean really helped improve my acne, and it never was bad again. I was out in the sun too, with sunscreen, but the salt water shockingly really helped too. Just my experience.

  7. We used to live on the beach and my partner had psoriasis terrible was covered and we would fill a spray bottle with the ocean water and he would spritz after the shower daily and it had amazing results.

  8. its sun and the salt. I had terrible breakouts and the moment we landed in Bulgaria, I began shedding like a lizard. Had the clearest skin ever on the third day. it was insane.
