Do we need to pause use before shaving as well? I use tinkle razor on my face and apply Cerave resurfacing retinol on my face every night.
If yes, what does pause use mean?
I use tretinoin nightly and shave daily, with no problem. It’s waxing & threading that can cause the unpleasant results.
What about applying to wet skin? I once applied my Retin-A to my damp skin and had a seriously harsh reaction.
that’s why you had the reaction. please don’t apply it to wet skin, always dry. retinols are way too harsh

Yes, pause 5-7 days before your electrolysis appointment. You can continue 2 days after, as long as there is no skin irritation.
