I have been using the dollar tree version of the vaseline stick, and here’s an aspect how it’s been amazing for me: I have autism and struggle with serious sensory issues, I’ve been able to rub it on my feet and then put socks on without having it touch my hands. My feet have never looked better.

I just wanted to say that a few years back you recommended a dollar tree foot cream for diabetics and I bought some and gave it to my dad who had recently had his left leg amputated due to a cracked heel that got infected and was unable to heal. He lives on SS and has a tight budget and the price point ensured he was always able to have it on hand and well, he got another cracked heel on his right foot and we were all terrified but through the use of that foot cream and careful attention from his medical team it healed without issue! Thank you!!!
I got an eczema cream there that I used on my mom when she was under my care in hospice. It helped her bedsoresand was cheaper than stuff on Amazon. Dermasil brand products are excellent!!
@@claudialupperthank you. My husband has eczema and I’m battling it right now with my really good Korean skin care but he had hidden it from me for a whole YEAR !!! So we’re having to start from the ground up. Centella essence, snail mucin and rice pulp have all been effective. I’m kinda using him as a guinea pig right now. lol.

I’m sorry I was so late. I wanted to share a haircare item I found at the Dollar Tree 🌳 The hair bonnet! I’ve tried all the expensive ones, and this is the most comfortable one! It keeps my hair where it needs to be so I can get between 3 and 4 days out of a curly hairstyle! Don’t sleep in the Dollar Tree, unless you want great hair, then use the Dollar Tree bonnet to sleep in😂💗😂💗

Dermasil Eczema Cream is outstanding and definitely worth the buy. That cream is excellent. It has no fragrance. I used this product for a long time to fight atopic dermatitis…until I switched to Aveeno, and then this week discovered the Holy Grail for itching: Cetaphil Gentle SA Exfoliating Lotion, which completely stopped the itching. Answer to a prayer for sure. I have had TWO NIGHTS of sleep in a row! So grateful because itching kept me up all night at least four nights a week for the past 15 years. Of course being a middle class taxpayer I could never afford to visit a doctor, so YAY that I was able to stumble on this product! Very grateful Dr Dray! Life changing!
Dollar Tree powers that be…if you read this please make products without fragrance. As Dr. Dray says a lot of people get skin irritation with fragrance. Thank you!
the ordinary glycolic acid on my lips followed by vaseline once in a while when they’re looking/feeling blah is seriously an overnight fix!

I’m glad that I’m not a xenophobe, or naïvely pretentious when it comes to skincare. I don’t mind spending more on my holy grails; but also realise that pricier products cost more due to fancy packaging, retail presence, advertising (including celebrity endorsements)…not necessarily due to the quality of the ingredients. To remain profitable major companies also bump up consumer prices to recover the high research & development costs; whereas the smaller companies can adopt that knowledge to their own formulations just enough so that they don’t infringe on any intellectual property rights. The same goes for packaging design.
I take very product on it’s own merit and don’t assume that it is better or worse just because it’s been manufactured in a certain part of the world.
I think Dr Dray knew that this was a fun & informative video for us and wondered why she had left it so long. We don’t have a Dollar Tree in Australia, but we have similar budget friendly stores, where I do enjoy “the thrill of the chase”.
