    1. Would love a video on things like BHT in fragrances. Difference of breathing it in that applying it topically @drdray

  2. I use the kitchen sink (bigger and taller) and terry cloth scrunchies at my elbows to stop water running down my arms😁

  3. I always clean and rinse my face on the kitchen sink…soooo much better to take everything off completely and with less mess. The kitchen sink is so much wider that splatter, if any, is better contained. Game changer for me!

    1. I have a sprayer in the kitchen sink, but I guess if I used it I’d probably still spray water everywhere.

    2. omg I have been doing this for years religiously! Will never go back. I even keep my facial cleansers in the kitchen cabinet 😂

  4. I always use a washcloth to remove most of the cleanser first so then rinsing it is pretty easy😊I love the wrist scrunchies!

    1. I’ve always had to be careful with washcloths because they are too abrasive on my skin and will cause me to breakout. However, there are these super soft velvety facial cloths that work well. Also cosmetic sponges are good. Not those triangle things or the type meant to smoothing out makeup. They are for cleansing the face. These things work really well and don’t break me out.

    2. @@t-l-w-r Yes, something like that would work great. Also, disposable facial towelettes are good too. Always extra thick and soft, as well as super clean. Once I’m done with my face, there’s plenty of goodness left in them to use to clean up around your sink and counter.

  5. Dr Dray! Elf just released a new tinted mineral sunscreen that’s water resistant and I’d love to hear your thoughts on it!

  6. You need a small head to fit in a bathroom sink! 😂 I’d have to install a restaurant basin sink for this bucket 🪣 head! 👍🏻☕️☀️

  7. I like the idea of rinsing under the faucet. It’s kind of like drinking out of the faucet without bothering to get a glass, which I also like.

  8. Hi Dr. Dray, I read a lot of books, and these are the three I always recommend: “Here One Moment” by Liane Moriarty; “The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hell” and “The World Played Chess”, both written by Robert Dugoni. These books have stayed with me long after I’ve read them.

  9. I washed my face in the sink this morning too!😊 I hate getting water all over everywhere including the floor! I like Nicholas Sparks. Thanks for a fun video! Have a great week!❤️

  10. Hahaha! I’ve NEVER seen anyone else hate sink-face-wash as much as I do. I’m with you 100%!!

  11. La Roche Posay’s Cicaplast B5 gel is a MIRACLE BALM for fine lines under the eyes! I tried it after you recommended it in past videos and I couldn’t be happier! It’s way better than the fancier creams:-)

    1. I keep seeing this at TJ Maxx for about 40% less than Target and they’re far from expired. I love this gel as well.

  12. Hello Doc,
I happened across your channel roughly 3 weeks ago.
Honestly ,most of the topics are of little interest to me ,although
    Some definitely are.
As a middle aged man I
Think it’s foolish not taking reasonable skin health precautions ie; sun damage mitigation and suspicious growth identification.
That being said ,the biggest reason I subscribed is how taken I am with your intelligence and unbiased honesty.
How fun and edifying it must be to converse with you.
I imagine your views on a variety of diverse subjects would be both interesting and fun.
It’s not often beauty, intelligence and integrity
    are found on YouTube.
It was serendipitous and I plan to watch for a long time to come.
    Thanks doctor 😊

  13. I recently started washing my face in the kitchen sink for the very reasons you mentioned. So much easier!

  14. Dr. Dray – I totally feel you regarding the washing your face in the sink. I have NEVER been able to. I wash my face in the shower at night and over the tub in the AM😂😂. I am 4’10 and make a huge mess if I even attempt washing over the sink

  15. Dr dray…when you meet someone for the first time, when they tell you their name or you are introduced by someone, REPEAT the person’s name out loud….”Linda, very nice to meet you, then make it a point of repeating their name again when they or you are going to walk away. “Well Linda, it was very nice meeting you”. Guaranteed you will not forget their name. Works every time.

  16. I wash my face in the kitchen sink, too!❤ and love love love those Black Girl Sunscreen lip SPFs.

  17. My favorite book this year is Vault of Consumable Corruption. I was shocked with the things I found out! I highly suggest anyone serious about health to give this one a go…. You’ll be shocked

    1. I am in the medical field, and big pharma pays/contributes to the medical schools. Our doctors are not taught real nutrition!! This book rly opened my eyes. The amount of info and things they do to us left me speechless!

    2. I see a lot of doctors recommend this book. Why is it being censored so hard?? Is it rly that good
