Happy Thursday, Doc! I’m looking forward to watching this one…love a good drugstore shop! 🤓
Happy Thursday
Hi Dr. Dray! Fan from PH. I have been following your night shift worker skincare and my skin is loving it. More power!
Glad to hear this has helped
omg same!! love dr. dray <3
Love our drugstore shipping trips! 💜💜💜
Happy Thursday
The heat is certainly on! It’s about 90 degrees already here in Orlando. Sweating buckets currently 🥵 lol I love CVS’s extracare program. I also get my prescriptions there and they give $5 extrabucks after 10 prescription refills. It comes in handy for my skin care purchases.
Stay cool
Happy Thursday Dr. Dray🎉 So thankful for this video!!!
Happy Thursday
So the CVS SA dup is for cerave. I like it. I like the texture. It has ceramides and all that good stuff. I compared it to the actual cerave in price. On one, you save more than $5 this week. Two. $10 etc.
If you get $20 of certain eucerin or aquaphor products, you get $10 cvs “cash” back . :) just keep track if you use any cvs coupons, thar you reach the $20
The weather in London is unstable because it can be sunny but then it can rain at the same time. I have found these products useful as they are lightweight:
• Chifure – Moisturizing Lotion series (I find these toners moisturising but still lightweight regardless of which one you choose. In Japan, they consider their lotions as toners!).
• beplain – Cicaful Calming Mask Set (amazing sheet masks which feel cooling and I put this inside my skincare fridge which I got for my birthday).
• Mixsoon – Bifida Ferment Essence (I love this, the texture is similar to water and absorbs nicely).
• Mixsoon – Bifida Mask Pack Set (super cooling even when it is inside the package. I also put this inside my skincare fridge).
I need to get mixsoon
@Dr Dray Mixsoon is so good. Their essences, sheet masks and toners are fantastic.
@Dr Dray Their bean line is really good
If you buy something from CVS, you can wrap your whole body with the receipt so you don’t need sunscreen.
😂
Omg trueeeee storyyyyy hangs down to the floor LOL
LOL🤣
Drives me nuts. Save the outrageous amount of paper and give better prices. Their normal prices are not that good!
😂😂😂
I was using the Bioderma micellar water as Dr Dray mentioned it. I will see how it removes my waterproof mascara. The micellar water was included in a “gift with purchase” bag of various brand beauty products. Update: The micellar water does not remove my waterproof mascara, but It did remove my other makeup.
👱♀️❤
Greetings Nada B hope u r well n Happy Thursday😀👍💜….
@Whitney Brown 👱♀️❤
The water is just not for me the sensation is beyond my strength 😝😂
I did enjoy the Olay micellar, which I only recently ran out of…after hording a big stash, after finding it for a bargain price! I haven’t repurchased it full price though. I think I will now look to the fragrance free Ponds cold cream when I remove my stubborn (but effectice) waterproof brown mascara. I use it when I go swimming at the indoor aquatic centre.
👱♀️❤
Yeah it’s not for mascara, but my second cleanse removes that part well so it’s all good lol
I have gotten all my covid vaxs at CVS, i was very impressed with them (at least that particular store). Love their deals also 👍🏼. So glad dr dray shops there and evaluates their products.
Don’t forget to get your daily boosters
@RinaPlz
🤣🤣
@RinaPlz geez, what an ignorant comment
I’m glad the L’Oréal Paris eyeliner sharpener info was of benefit (ie. it’s hidden within the pencil when you twist off the smudging/blending sponge on the end).
👱♀️❤
Greetings Nada B hope u r well n Happy Thursday😀👍💜….
@Whitney Brown Yes, thank you Whitney, my eye irritation is almost better now. I hope you are super!
👱♀️❤
Good morning, Nada—glad you’re feeling better!🌺
Budget finds and shop with me is the besttt. Happy Thursday!!
Happy Thursday 🤗🌞
I was pleased to receive a bunch of free sample size products today after I purchased my prescription eye drops at my regular pharmacy/drugstore (no CVS in Australia). I asked whether they stocked the La Roche-Possay Cicaplast B5+. I was given 2 sample sizes, as well as the LRP Effaclar Salicylic, and the Cerave Hydratant Lait Moisturiser, Effaclar SA & the Foaming Cleanser. I look forward to trying these “new to me” products.
👱♀️❤
Hi Nada! I love getting free trial sizes of products. It’s like getting a mini surprise gift. Happy Thursday! Hope all is going well. Hope you have a great weekend!! 💟
@Mary Lawman Yes, I’m super thanks Mary, I hope you are too. I’m an ideal customer to give samples ro, because I will actually purchase the product if I find that the product is suitable for me and/or better than what I already own. Once I even received a mini size L’Oréal black eyeliner pencil, that went on to be a favourite.
👱♀️❤
@Nada B I’m doing well, thanks Nada. I’m the same with samples. Some of my favorite products were given as samples and I went on to purchase them over and over. I wish more companies would give samples. It’s a great marketing tactic in my opinion.
You should review the Vacation sunscreen line from Ulta! Their entire brand is super cute and gives 70s-80s vibes. I haven’t tried any of their products yet, but I’m intrigued for the sole purpose of their aesthetic 🤣
I have tried the whipped cream looking sunscreen. It smells delightful. My son says it smells like vanilla cupcakes. I like it for the body, not for the face. Very soft feeling.
I wonder how she’ll feel about it since she doesnt like fragranced products, I’m still curious on her thoughts otherwise!
@starlight Same here! I know fragrance isn’t for everyone, especially those who are allergic to it. I personally don’t mind it in my sunscreen though as I think it adds more enjoyment when applying it and helps mask the dreaded sunscreen smell. That’s actually one of the reasons I love Sunbum’s spf products! I’m mostly into fragrance free skincare myself, but gotta have some variety on the market when it comes to sunscreen 🤍
CVS is my go-to drugstore, where i purchase my staples. Your reviews on these skincare products will help me with selection , when i run out of what i have. Yes, i am a Rewards member. Thanks Doc!😊
I love La Roche Posay products. It would be very interesting to find out how the generic brand compares to it.
Recently went to CVS to get a bunch of stuff that totaled $48 before the coupons/discounts, and after they applied the extraCare, it was $26!!! Most of the discount can be applied on top of any manufacture coupons, sometimes one item can have 3 coupons stacked on top if each other. Yes, everyone should do it if you want free money!!
Where I live we don’t have a CVS but I did enjoy seeing all the different products that are available there 🛍 The EcoTools brushes are cruelty free and vegan, suitable for sensitive skin like mine. I’ve had mine for over 15 years and I’ve only replaced one of them. I wash my brushes every week with an Unscented baby shampoo. I use the Almay All – Day eyeliner pencil, it has a sharpener at the other end of the pencil, so convenient. Take care everyone 🏖
Hi there Dr Dray! I was suffering from underarm rashes and switched to the Almay antiperspirant per your recommendation and love it! It goes on a little wet but dries down fairly quickly and keeps me dry and odor free all day. Thank you so much for the advice!
CVS does seem to have a good variety of products. I rarely go there for some reason. Appreciate you taking us along with you and showing us some new skin care. Happy Thursday, Dr Dray! Hope you have a nice evening. 💞
I feel like shopping at cvs is like shopping at bed bath and beyond. If you’re buying anything without a coupon you’re overpaying.
