    1. @@SandAndSalt1 you absolutely need to take K2 if you supplement D3 at 5k or above. this is standard for the reason stated in the video and not ‘random’ advice. K2 isn’t generally contraindicated by medication (blood thinners), you just need to adjust the dosage after the next INR test.

    2. Yes, exactly that’s what I do. Many natural drs. Recommend to take it that way… sorry doc u need to stick to dermology.. your wrong on this one. The tums thing I agree with though

      I have to take K2 with D3 or I’m getting a terrible headache. Don’t know why that is though

  1. I’m 35 and I remember hearing that advice 20 years ago! I always try to appease my acid reflux by drinking water since then 😊

  2. Wow ,interesting.
    I was taking Rennies in the U.K.for acid reflux.
    Taking way too many during the day until I realised that my sudden onset joint pain was because of this.
    Apparently they interfere with electrolytes.
