A couple new subscribers for you because of the really helpful and important work you are doing here. Even those of us with good & affordable health insurance do not have the time to sit with our dermatologist to discuss even a small fraction of the topics you cover here on your channel. I call mine reverse freckles. They’re very tiny, on the cheek area, and they haven’t spread or gotten bigger. I am pretty sure I have always had them, though they are less apparent when I am “tan” and I didn’t wear sunscreen, or frankly look closely in the mirror until I was in college, so I don’t know when they showed up. I just think they’re a cute part of me.m since they aren’t causing me in any distress.
It’s probably the Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis, if I had to guess, based on the appearance and location. Also, sun exposure makes sense since I wear sunscreen now and that would stop its spread. I am prone to eczema on the face so maybe it’s related to that or contact dermatitis.

Im super white, but my Lupus gave me white white scars, luckily its not that easy to see because I wear sunscreen all year round so I keep my snow white skin even in summer.
