  1. Thank you!! I will say this though (apologies for the mild tangent) I have been drinking no sugar added coconut water religiously and I see a positive difference in my skin. I drink plenty of coffee as well so I appreciate this post.

    1. What difference did you see? I’ve not really tried coconut water for health reasons but am intrigued

  2. I laughed so hard out loud when you said “unless you’re dry scooping coffee all day”. This is going to be something that sticks with me forever and I’m going to randomly think of it and start giggling to myself. Thanks for the dose of common sense and humor! 😆 🤣

  3. Oh my golly! I laughed so hard!😂🤣 “…dry scooping coffee grounds..,” that’s just hilarious 😂

  4. Will stain your teeth but will not dry out skin. One would hope you drink water too and not just coffee all day.

  5. I used to work with an esthetician who told all her clients “you need to drink 3 cups of water to make up for that 1 cup of coffee, that’s how dehydrating it is!” This drove me NUTS.
I did indeed recommend Dr. Dray’s channel to those same clients 😂❤️

  6. Thanks for telling me lol. I stopped all caffeine (including soda, chocolate, and tea) the night before my CO2 because I did not want to take a chance with dehydration. It will be 5 days and I can’t believe I don’t have withdrawal symptoms because I used to drink iced coffee all day.

  7. I am thrilled to hear this. Even if it did dry out my skin, I am never giving up my caffeine for anything / anyone.

  8. Only time I ever had an issue was when I was working as a Costa coffee and I was on like 18+ shots of espresso a day because of long shifts 😅 don’t do that guys, trust me 😂

  9. Love your videos. I enjoy my iced coffee in the morning but I’ve learned that too much caffeine can raise cortisol levels that can lead to hair thinning. Perhaps you can do a video on this. Thanks.
