it’s a shame Susan Yara is curious about using spironolactone. It almost gives her credibility.
What does that even mean?
I’ve been using a low dosage of spironolactone for 5 or 6 years now, and it works for me! You just need to be very consistent with it. It’s something that works over time, not right away. I didn’t start seeing the benefits until months after I started taking it.
My mom takes it for water retention and she has taken it for a long time. She losing hair quite a bit. Apparently it doesn’t work for everyone
