PS. Several years ago, when I had to switch my dietary intake to animal-based: all milia, keratosis pilaris, back acne disappeared. Pretty interesting. No problems since. Recommend Dr. Paul Saladino’s youtube channel.

How about the lyma laser?? How is it?
Great question! Loved Lyma, also a cold laser, the only thing I wish was different, was that it was hands-free so I didn’t have to manually move it around every inch of my face every night for 45 mins in order to start seeing results after 3 months. I did feel results but definitely slower due to moving the laser around rather than concentrating it in one place for 10 mins. The lyma pro covers a bit more surface area but I much prefer a mask. After 3 months I couldn’t keep it up. Also quicker noticeable results for me with mask as well as less expensive.

I looked into the medicube after one of your previously videos but I couldn’t find it in the uk. Does anyone know if it’s available? ❤ Foot massager ordered! Xmas present to myself since I’m a singleton this year 😂 Finally my biggest issue is 11 lines, like I frown in my sleep, I seem to express every emotion with furrowing my brows! Any advice from anyone on the best way of dealing with these, are there any devices which would help?
