Hi there, Cynthia!🙋♀️☮️💜
@Dr Dray❤️❤️❤️
Enjoy your Wednesday everyone xo
Happy Wednesday
Yeah my body is like a patchwork quilt. If I even see a mosquito, dark mark. Bump into a table dark mark, breathe dark mark. I have started using Amlactin and for the easy to reach (remember) I use the last tube of Ambi I could get my grimy hands on. And sunscreen lotion SPF 50 from CVS and long sleeve/pants UPF clothing. The struggle is real:(
Mosquito bites are the worst
I love the how nice and smooth Amlactin leaves the skin, but it sucks that it feels like it will never finish drying
@The Red RoomI use Amylactin at night before bed, and after a few minutes I usually wind up using a light dusting of baby powder so I’m not sticking to everything. I hate that sticky feeling.
I use it right before bed and I wake up with that still sticky feeling. I’ve gotten used to it but it’s not my favorite.
Amlactin isn’t nearly as sticky as Eucerin Roughness Relief. Whoooweee. Hard to even roll over without sheets sticking to me. That’s been exiled to my feet, I’m never doing full body again.
Happy Wednesday Dr Dray😊 could you please do a short reel about using led devices while taking oral isotretinoin? there are lots of opjnions on the internet😴
Helpful video as usual! Thank you DR Dray👌🏽🧡
Very informative as always! TFS!🥰
Why are your timings always so great🤩💕 your videos are so educational
thanks for watching
Dr. Dray never fails to educate! way back in the 90’s i bartended to supplement my sailing addiction. the blacklight in the clubs showed this skin condition in HIGH relief on the young club kids in that beach town. i thought it was some weird ‘sun fungus’ ’cause all the kids would party all night then sleep on the beach to TAN (!!!) SO nice to know why i didn’t “catch” it.
black light is pretty revealing
Hi! Are you from Florida? If so, which beach and which club? Lol
@Susan Thomas hey Susan, i am from Louisiana. i bartended, and sailed out of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Biloxi was different before the casinos of today hahaha
How many of us are amazed by the absolutely free information we always get from Dr. Dray? Thank you,Dr. Dray!!!
I’m lean, no pcos, normal fasting insulin (4.01), no diabetes but I have speckled dark patches on my body that I wasn’t born with — they developed over time and not all at once. They’re smooth so I’m not sure it’s acanthosis nigricans. In some places like the bottom half of my face and belly, it’s like a greyish hue under my skin. I know it’s under my skin surface because if I use topical treatments the area around the patches lighten but the patches remain just as dark. PLEASEEE help me. This is ruining my confidence.
For context I have also had issues with slightly elevated androgens which caused hairiness, acne and irregular periods. Eventually my periods became extremely regular but the other symptoms remained. Could this be an insulin issue?
Thank you Dr Dray! Happy day everyone 💖💖
I need to show this video to my pediatrician: we had no idea what the white spots on my teen were! Thank you
Interesting video today, Dr Dray. Happy Wednesday! Have a relaxing evening. 💝
Doc this week killing it with amazing info and ways to deal with skin concerns. Amazing
Thanks, Dr Dray. Incidentally, your hair is gorgeous ❤
Thank you for this video! I have struggled with this for years and thought it was tinea versicolor but never had the dry patches. Can you do a video about the effectivness of handheld narrowband UVB light therapies? I’m a surgical resident and can not realistically go to treatments 2-3 times a week. I really appreciate your videos!
Hi Dr Dray, I deal with this condition now for several years, my doctor confirmed by taking the biopsy. I have been using bp wash for a while now with no luck… He then suggested a UVA treatment but to be honest I didn’t feel very comfortable with that. I feel hopeless about this and a bit ashamed of my lower back/torso.. I appreciate the video on this topic x
Dr Dray, I have a completely unrelated question: how does one adjust their skin care routine (AM/PM) when they are a graveyard shift worker? Would you do your PM routine at night before work? Or just before going to bed? And your AM routine before work or right after work?
