4 Signs Your Scalp Is Aging

The scalp is skin too and just like the skin on our face, it’s exposed to factors that can contribute to premature biological aging. As a dermatologist, I love the science behind @K18hair new FutureIQ™ serum and the idea of bringing the same longevity mindset we’ve embraced with our skin to our scalp and hair. It’s time scalp care caught up to skincare.

  1. I love your content, and I’m so glad you’re back! I referred so many people to your page when they asked me about my skincare! I got it all from you! Thank you so much 🥰

    1. The ordinary they have 2 different serums dont remember the exact names. Been using it for a year now and I see fullness they are mid rage for pricing

    2. The Ordinary serum for hair density is helping my thickness when my hair was thinning. (Perimenopausal) But I haven’t noticed it helping in terms of length or strength of strands/or graying. I am 43.
I have been using it for about a month.

Last night I picked up Pantene abundant and strong serum to try out. So I just started using that to use along side the ordinary.

I didn’t know k18 had a serum. I would like to try it, but wow. That is expensive. 😢

  2. Hey Dr Alexis, can I ask a controversial question. What is your opinion on colouring grey hair as a dermatologist? Is there any evidence to suggest that dyeing grey hair only makes it worse? I’m turning 40 soon & suddenly 1 grey turned into patches of grey accompanied by lower back pain. Why?! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I want to cover it but people keep warning me against it.
