Happy Thursday! Yesterday I had a Microdermabrasion Facial and my face is looking a lot less dull today. I did this based on a prior video that you provided. She mentioned that a lot of dead skin cells flaked off during the process. So glad I did it!
Greetings Theresa Berg hope u r well n Happy Thursday😀👍💜….
Glad to hear it went well
Thank you!@Dr Dray
Never go to bed without a moisturizer. Even with oily skin, I’m consistent with this and my face looks great in am including my neck.
maks a difference
I’ve been using moisturizer from head to toe since early 20’s. I’m now 72 yo, & have been using Retinoin for two years. My skin looks better.
it makes a difference
God bless your way of thinking Doctor Andrea and the way you express and say the things you say. I imagine these thirteen reasons like a circle and don’t forget to mention vile too because each reason feeds or generates the birth of the next reason and so on. I myself have reduced the sugary stuff to a certain extent and try to sleep the good and proper way 😊❤ of course i do my am and pm skincare routine diligently and meticulously reapply sunscreen 😊❤. Doctor Andrea you slay 🎉❤.
Thanks for watching
I just got out of bed to put on moisturizers on my face . Thank you Dr Andrea Dray for reminding me ❤
Good morning Dr. Dray!❤
I’ve been learning so much since I found your channel last month. Thank you so much for what you do!
Congrats on 2 mil! 🎉🎉🎉so proud of you doc ❤❤❤
thank you
My mother was blessed with gorgeous skin. She avoided the sun, and always used moisturizer. She looked amazing well into her 80s.
Living in Canada 🇨🇦 , we have to protect our skin in our long winters.
Your consistency is honestly so inspiring 🤩
Hi Dr. Dray. I have followed your recommendation to try Beekman midnight milk at the Ulta Sale and I am beyond glad I bought 2 tubes cause this product is AMAZING! I wake up with a moisturized skin that never looked better. Thank you so much!
For me a good exfoliating toner worked (because otherwise I’m healthy and active, don’t smoke, etc). I currently use the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Clarifying Solution Acne Toner, which has been great for my perimenopausal acne prone skin.
I feel like I have “dull” skin when it’s just matte because I was _extremely_ oily in my teens then dried out more into adulthood
Or maybe it’s because of the sugars in my diet after watching
Living in a desert climate for the past 12 years has not helped things for me, my skin went south after moving to Las Vegas. Some people just have good genes, and do nothing and have radiant skin. My DIL, uses no moisturizer, puts witch hazel on her face as her skincare, drinks Coke, and vapes all day. She’s 51, and her skin looks beautiful. Oh, and her diet is crap, and doesn’t get enough sleep. She’s definitely a Unicorn. So envious !
The desert has also destroyed my skin. Been in the Southwest for a few years now and despite diligent skincare, my face is constantly revolting!
Vaping won’t harm your skin but smoking will. She’s actually helping her skin by not smoking
Love watching your videos Dr. Dray. 😊 I started watching when I was hired as a Medical Assistant to a Dermatologist for education, but now I watch because I like your personality. Going back to Nursing school now and I hope to continue working in Dermatology! You are an inspiration.
Timeless Vitamin C Serum gives my skin a nice glow. Thanks for another informative video, Dr. Andrea.
Great informative video! :)
Also, Dr. Dray, I was wondering about vitamin B12 deficiency, I know that hyperpigmentation is one of the symptoms, but is that exclusive to just around the hands, or can it be anywhere? I have a lot of hyperpigmentation from past acne marks that don’t seem to be healing anywhere near as fast as they used to, and I’m wondering if that’s a vitamin deficiency like B12?
I’ve been following you for 2 years and I’m very grateful for the information you share with us. You are my holy grail!🤣 Thank you so much, Dr. Dray, you’re the best!❤❤
As I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed my skin is a lot more dull than it used to be. I really appreciate this information and the tips too. I’ve been using a “glow” primer but it doesn’t do much. Lol! Happy Thursday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a lovely evening. 💕
Thank you so much Dr. Dray ❤ Your videos are extremely helpful 😊😊 & also Congratulations for 2 Million Subscribers ❤️
As an Australian, I am exposed to a lot of heat and humidity here on the Gold Coast on the eastern seaboard. I’ve also lived in the centre region of the opposite side of our country which was very hot and dry. My skin has changed over the years, now 76, going from very oily to now fairly even. I’ve always used moisturisers, later years have included sunscreens and have not been one to use much makeup. Cleansing has always been important. Non smoker, no alcohol these days, exercise classes and active life help. I was told a while back that our ageing skin becomes sallow, so I now use a bit of blush when I go out! I’m not one to spend a heap of money on skincare, I use what I can afford and what makes my skin feel clean and comfy. Thank you for your expertise.
I’m 30yr old female from Brisbane and you sound like a wonderful lady 😊
Im trying to take care of my skin now aswell to many sunburns till early 20s and grew up in Cairns –
I don’t get outside much though, I think I actually have dull skin because I lack iron vitamin D and beta-carotenoids ohh and don’t drunk enough water, it’s really bad… but just never thirsty 🤷🏻♀️
