  1. I finally stopped smelling awful thanks to your tips! Benzoyl peroxide wash with my evening shower + antiperspirant! Thank you, Dr. Dray! 🙌

  2. What if you have anxiety that causes you to sweat even more??? 😭😭 I do use an antiperspirant, but i just can’t get the sweating under control. It makes me feel so embarrassed, which I think leads me to sweat even more 😔

    1. My daughter has the same issue and she swears by Carpe antiperspirant. You can only buy it online I believe. Just google Carpe antiperspirant.

    2. They do make prescription deodorants that your doctor can prescribe. I’ve found they work better at stopping the excess sweating.

    3. She made a dedicated video about this at some point. If I remember correctly, there are ways you can permanently disable the sweat glands on a small area of skin. I’m sure, you can find it with the search function.

  3. Do you need to wipe off the antiperspirant with a cloth and soap or is using cleansing oil/soap rubbing on with your hand enough ive always thought I had to scrub under my arms to remove antiperspirant as sometimes I can feel a dry sensation from left over product?

    1. What the heck are you using, that leaves such a stubborn residue? I’m genuinely curious…I have never experienced anything like that. I had no idea, you were supposed to wash afterwards, even.

    2. @@raraavis7782I experience the same residue, my deodorant is the Mitchum antiperspirant. Mine is the cream stick option (As opposed to the gel, spray or roll on options)

    1. I work a hard job that causes me to sweat and I apply my deodorant only in the morning and no body odor. Plus some people don’t clean themselves as often as they should and that cns make them smell foul

    2. @@missjo2036i can assure you, you’re the coworker that smells. unless you didn’t catch that i’m not talking about antiperspirant lol at all.

    1. “natural” deodorants can actually cause more irritation than the aluminum ones. Plus most are to expensive and if you work a hard job your pits will stink in an hour.

    2. @@missjo2036yet in my comment making fun of natural deodorant you’re in there claiming that’s what you use 😅😅

    3. I figured it out… How not to smell.
( I work 12 hours in a 95 degree shop sweating my butt off)
Shower, lotion everywhere (including your armpit) put on SPRAY deodorant. NOT rub on.
The roll on or rub on deactivate itself from touching your skin. That’s why it stops working after a couple weeks after you buy it.
And rub on in roll-on deodorant gets stuck in the armpit of your shirts. Which causes the bacteria to stay in your shirt and start the process all over again.
Just lotion up and put some spray on and not too much so that way it doesn’t get all over your shirts and store bacteria in the armpit of your shirt.
And don’t forget to not rub your armpit on anything, and never touch your armpit during the day while you’re working. It just takes one little piece of bacteria and you will start stinking.

  4. I only apply it in the mornings and I work a hard job that causes me to sweat an no odor. To each their own

    1. Antiperspirant and deodorant should be used multiple times a day !!! Using just a deodorant won’t work !!! Using just a antiperspirant won’t work !!! They only work together !!! When you smell stinky nasty people it’s because they follow her dumb directions!!! I reapply at least 5 times a day because I need it and I sweat so bad I have to shower 2 times a day . Please apply as needed when it’s dry reapply

    2. @@alexis9086☝️I agree with your advice, Certain Dry works! I started using it 30 years ago. Now I only need to use it occasionally. Also, the instructions do say to apply it at night. 😏

  5. What the difference between an anti perspiring and a deodorant? And how should we use the deodorant?

  6. Hi dr Dray

Feels really dry tight is pink especially my cheeks
Any suggestions of creams or anything please?

  7. You say this… and I’ve tried your advice… I really tried… but I still stink if I don’t reapply in the AM.
