No! Just keep using the cleanser. Maybe alternate some days with benzoyl peroxide cleanser to kill the acne causing bacteria

I used to use it only as a gel and only on spots. Now I use the Laroche Possay cleanser and a moisturizer with SA in it and my skin is clear and looks great!
I like to alternate salicylic acid toner & masks with a very low benzoyl peroxide lotion.

My acne prone dry sensitive skin didn’t like SA at all.
I thought using SA in a wash form was just gimmicky and didn’t do anything until I found DR Dray. I was told it was too short of a contact on your skin to really do anything. When I used SA toner it was too irritating. I have sensitive/dry skin so using SA wash several times a week did wonders. Thank you!

Dr. Dray I started using a toner from Paula’s Choice with SA and I’ve been having superficial breakouts- easily washes away. It’s been 2 weeks and I still am getting these white head breakouts every few days. I use tretinoin at night and the toner in the morning. Is this purging? Also should I have days where I take breaks from the AM toner and the PM tretinoin? Thanks!
Since Sal acid is oil loving, should we make sure our skin is dry before using it as a toner?

I realized the SA wash is bothering my lips and eyes. Hard to avoid those areas. Switched to a non SA cleanser for now. I use PC SA as a toner or before BP
