  5. I apply glycolic acid before and after shower. After shower I tip with $45 ISDEN Urea 10. Works h every penny.

  7. Oh my gosh! Being totally honest here, I have been trying to figure out these red bumps on my arms for years! I visited a dermatologist, but she gave me a sample ointment without explaining what it was. Then a bill came in the mail with a charge for removal when she didn’t even remove it. Since then I’ve been just trying to figure it out on my own. I do have some Differin gel on hand (per your suggestion) so I’m going to give it a try. Thank you! 🙏

  8. Ty for the vid! Any suggestions for KPRF on the face? Specifically for the redness aspect
I’m currently using the aveeno PHA cleanser, but any moisturizer or serum recs to target that redness (not for rosacea) would be appreciated!

  9. Had this on my back years ago and it got so itchy and irritated that I thought it was acne. AmLactin saved me from misery and made my skin brand new. What relief! I still use it to this day.

  10. Thank you for saying you can just use a washcloth. Lol there is a weirdly specific discourse on social media that washcloths are unsanitary and useless or that “only poor people use washcloths because they’re unsanitary” and it’s always been such a silly and eye-rolling thing for me. They’re just mini towels and you can rewash them without issue. Only unsanitary and useless for your skin if you never do your laundry 😩🤢 Meanwhile loofahs are actually quite unsanitary even post-laundry yet they are favored over washcloths by people who love to make that bogus claim!

  11. I always had this too until I went vegetarian and it went away. I started eating meat again and it came back.

  12. My keratosis pilaris went away when I turned 50. I had it all my life on the backsides of my upper arms and tried all sorts of treatments, both prescription and over the counter, and eventually gave up. I don’t know how it went away.

  13. There are exfoliating cloths and gloves at Dollar Tree that changed the game for me. Not the poofs. I also now use Amlactin. After showering, I apply Vaseline and regular lotion first, then the Amlactin. You only need a little, its potent.
