Wet & Forget works wonderfully. It takes some time but it works. Try to apply when location is not in full sun or highest heat so product stays wet on surface for the longest amount of time. Always enjoy your vlogs. Have a good week!
I had lyme disease , scary. I was on an intense antibiotic treatment to kill the infection. I’m very wary about just picking weeds around my house. Cover myself in deet before. You are correct being active is very important, as I age I can feel that it is harder to keep up physically .

Yes! Right there with you on the sports bras. Underwires are so uncomfortable, and I have that issue too where the nickel in the clasps irritates the skin underneath. Luckily I am now retired and rarely have an outfit which requires a “fancy” bra.
I love the weekend vlogs, they are so much fun! I am constantly putting things down when something else grabs my attention, then forgetting where the 1st item is or what I was doing! 😂😂 I’m very familiar with Dolly’s coat of many colors, she’s such a smart lady! Loose, soft clothing is a necessary for Allodynia. Wool is too itchy, but since I was introduced to Merino “wool blend” no show socks, I’m in love! They are so incredibly soft and my feet don’t sweat nearly as much! Yes, they go in the washer and dryer! Only sports bras for me too. My Dr. told me to stop wearing wire bras, they caused rashes for me, probably the nickle. Anyway, really enjoyed todays video, thanks for sharing with us! Take care everyone! 💜

I use Micellar Water as a toner after cleansing. I use a balm for my 1st cleanse, a gentle cleanser for my 2nd cleanse, and then I use Micellar to remove any residual and to tone my skin before moisturizer. 😊
I found the Soma bras the most comfortable – both the sports bra as well as the regular bras. I have a ton of their clothing and leggings too. They are so comfortable and my favorite brand of clothing. It’s pricey, but worth it. I always watch for sales.

Another enjoyable Vlog as usual. I don’t wear regular bras anymore. Only sports bras. They wash better and hold up better and even when they get a little raggedy and lose their hold, I can just wear them around the house for light support. So much more comfortable and so much cheaper! Plus I don’t have to figure out what my size is, honestly that is impossible. It’s a lot easier to buy small than figure out if I’m 34A or what.
Bali makes these stretchy sports bra style ones but not as compressive/tight. I have totally switched and now when I go back to wearing an underwire bra for dressing up I’m horrified at all the stabbing and poking discomfort. How did I used to wear those 12-14 ours everyday??
