  2. Always wear spf 50 and re-apply often. Use sunscreen all year even if you live in a cold climate with less sun. Get a good sunscreen that is actually doing good things for your skin while it also protects it. Moisturizing!
    For me beauty of Joseon has been great. Good cleansing and sunscreen routine is alpha omega to keep melasma in control👍

    Also some sort of peeling weekly, just not those huge corn scrubs. Mild ones. Face masks. Stay away from products with lots of perfume and strong alcohol.

  3. Does menopause decrease it? I started Tretinoin the same time as menopause so I am not sure which made it better.
