Thinking about stopping birth control pills? If you’re using the pill to help control acne, talk with your dermatologist before you stop. Acne can flare after coming off birth control, but you may be able to prevent or minimize that flare by starting another acne treatment in advance rather than waiting for breakouts to return.
Planning ahead can make a big difference! 💗

Even with a dermatologist, it takes 6-8 weeks to get a non-urgent appointment. Lining stuff up like this sounds good in theory but is nearly impossible to do in real life.
