He said “I am not a sunscreen person” and I said “oh that’s right only certain people are”- and he said “Which people?” and I answered “People who have SKIN!” He was hurting so much the next day…💜💜💜

In various hair loss videos you’ve touch on chemo effects so I understand why you left that out here. I’m hoping at some stage you’ll mention hair thinning as a side effect from anastrozole, a hormone-related chemotherapy pill for post menopausal women following other breast cancer treatment. Usually it’s taken daily for 5 years. I’m looking forward to completing the 5 years next month and HOPE my hair & brows will thicken up a bit 🤞
My spouse developed eczema from head to toe during his treatments. Dermatologist gave him cortisone. Did not help made it worse. His skin is oily… so my spouse did not understand the need to hydrate his skin. La roche posay toleriane helped. But he was still trying the cortisone. It was worsening. I have eczema… and when I have a flare up I use raw coconut oil and it works very fast for me. One night i said let’s test… one leg we apply coconut oil and the other leg cortisone. The next day his flare up had improved greatly on the coconut leg and the cortisone leg was really bad. This convinced him. Coconut oil for inflamed sites and lacroche posay toleriane the rest of the time. Used toleraniane cleaner. It worked.
YESSSS!!! Dry skin. Dry EVERYTHING!!! I used your tips on winter skin care to help, and Vaseline was my BEST friend!!! Many layers of great hydraters! My favorite was Sukoyaka Suhada. Followed by Cereve cream, and then Vaseline. It helped a lot. Thanks Dr. Dray. You save my poor skin. ESPECIALLY after radiation as well!!💜
Thank you for this info! I had chemo, surgery, and radiation. A video on skincare during radiation would be such a help. Chemo does a number on the immune system, and can make you more susceptible to nail fungus. Also, some chemo can cause peripheral neuropathy. That changes how you perceive heat/cold and can lead to burns easily. I had both issues, so info around those topics would help people going through treatment. Thank you!

I was lucky and didn’t experience this skin issue. I had six chemo treatments for endometrial cancer. Going on eight years cancer free.🙏🏼💜
