Good morning Dr Dray ❤
Morning!
I’m too old for Botox but I do have a red light mask I use everyday. Thanks for sharing this information! 🥰
Thanks for watching!
What is a good brand and affordable red light for the face?
@@caseyharrison9576 Not much proof that the brand matters. LED lights are LED lights. Might bother you if it’s uncomfortable to wear though.
I have a Omnilux face and neck mask. I find them affective.
Omnilux is fda approved
Can we just pause and appreciate her knowledge!!!
She is amazing & cute too 😊
Yes…yes we can.
I appreciate her knowledge.
Yes let’s try to do that
I do both! I have the omnilux 🤷🏼♀️
Me too❤

How are you finding it?
Does it work?

Happy Thursday Dr Dray ❤ thanks for all your great advice, I stopped smoking five years ago but only started skin care last year. I now wear factor 70 sunscreen and a giant hat outside, and even sunscreen inside no. I also use a red light mask every evening before I put on my retinol, it’s early days but I see some small improvements on my skin. Thirty years of smoking and sun damage have left me looking older than my 54 years but I’m being consistent about this ( and my exercise too!) so hopefully over the years I will stop anymore damage even if there isn’t a huge overall improvement. Keep on educating us all!
I have used red light for few years now and it has not reduced my wrinkles. I still have to get Botox.
It’s preventative not a miracle worker
@@futuristicgirl14it’s not only a preventative it’s also used for treatment of fine lines and wrinkles- didn’t work for this lady
which device?
The LED device I use is the Currentbody Dermaflex. It has definitely helped with skin texture but not wrinkles unfortunately.
Hey! What benefits do you feel from the mask if any? :)
Another reason for sunglasses, overtime excessive sun exposure cannot only lead to squinting/wrinkles but possibly cataracts and can also be one of the reasons for eye color change (said by someone who wears prescription glasses).
Greetings d b hope u r well n Happy Thursday😀👍💜….
I’ve been using my LED mask for 3.5 years. Once you set a routine of how and when you will use it, it’s easy to fit into your weekly schedule. I see great results of keeping my skin looking healthy and slowing down the look of ageing. 💖
Yes! So true. Also to prevent ‘surfer’s eye’- I developed this ‘suddenly’ in my early 30s and while I had worn sunglasses, I certainly endured sun damage over the decades to my eyes. Protect and prevent ❤
Hey Doc, great discussion!! 😊
From personal experience, I have seen amazing results from a combination of “Baby Botox” and a red light home mask .
I only get a few units of Botox in my glabella and in my chin twice a year; I use my Omnilux mask every other day. I have been using this method for over 5 years, (I am now 51), and have seen a drastic improvement in my skin tone/texture/fine lines. It seems that the masking allows me to extend the time between my Botox treatments and I have very few static wrinkles.
I do agree with you, consistency is key with these masks!! I have never missed a treatment in 5 years, but I am an extremely routined/scheduled person. 😝
Oh, and I move my face a lot, laugh constantly, drink from straws all the time, and just genuinely enjoy life (always with sunscreen, of course!!). 😉
Excellent discussion. I have used red light therapy at home based on your vid last year. I am 69; grew up in Hawaii where having a tan was healthy. When hubby said that he thought RL was improving my face, I was sold. Using for three months daily. So happy thank you!😎🌺🫶🏻💕👍
Your videos are so useful and helpful! Can you please do a video on if sunscreen is safe for people who suffer from eczema and the side effects of the ingredients in sunscreen?

I love my red light device. I’ve noticed a massive difference in the texture of my skin! ❤
me too! I had very textured and bumpy skin, I’m interested to see how it works on my red veins as I have very Celtic skin and although I don’t go out in the sun, I do have windswept cheeks! overall I’m very happy – works well with my skincare routine.
Just got a Red and RTL tabletop panel (cheaper than a mask). I’ve been using it for lower back issues, swollen hands and of course, overall healing of my skin. Botox is just way too pricy and short lasting for me to want to try. Thank you Dr. Dray ❤
I’ve been wondering about an infa-red light therapy belt for pain as well… apparently it can help with wrinkles as well 😊
How do you use the tabletop panel for your face?
@@user-qo3mk1ck7h You just sit in front of it. I have the Hooga brand.
The panel is your best bet. You can use it almost everywhere and it is WAY stronger than the masks.
@@traceytrotter9934which one do you recommend/have? As an esthetician, Celluma is super popular and what most of my colleagues use but I’m always on the hunt for the next best thing
I appreciate how dr. Dray is giving tips on skin improvement without resulting in someone having to be insecure of something. Like how she mentions in minute 8:30 that tips as such is unnecessary, thank you so much it really does make doing selfcare like self. care. and feeling good about it instead of feeling tortured to do it. Hope you had great morning!!
I love my omnilux. I hadn’t used it in a while but started twice weekly and I’m happy to see an improvement in the overall appearance of my skin
Perfect timing! Thank you. After hearing your information, I ordered the Omnilux. Will also do another Botox treatment. Thank you!!!
I’m 52 and I’ve been using my LED mask for 3.5 years. I see really good results – rather than “reversing” ageing, it keeps my skin looking healthy and I expect I have less signs of ageing than what I would have if I didn’t use it. 💖
You look FANTASTIC!
How often do you use it?
@@alinakaraulanova5960 Thankyou lovely
@@mariannel6560 usually 4 times per week for 10 minutes. After evening shower, it’s a nice downtime to check emails at the same time
Which brand do you have?
You’re, honestly, the best Dr Dray!
Perfect timing, Dr. Dray, as I’m expecting my Omnilux Contour mask within the next week!
