I'm sharing my ultimate slow-aging essentials for body. Not so long ago, I experienced a "crepeyness tipping point" on various parts. Out of nowhere it appeared and since then I've been treating the skin on my body with care that's similar to that for my face.

I'm motivated by these beautiful facial-grade formulas that not just really work but that also engage my senses and allow me a moment of deep self-care and reset.

  1. My skin goals for this year is stepping up my body routine. I have neglected it heavily compared to my face for too long, and there are some things I’d like to address through body skincare. Excited for this video!!

  2. Can you do a similar video but with korean products? Where i live, these products aren’t available. it would be much appreciated if they are also in reasonable price.

  3. Still addicted to the Haruharu body oil you recommended a few months ago! The House of Balance scrub sounds amazing!

  4. Soft Services is beyond my budget. Paula’s Choice Daily Replenishing Body Cream is great for my hands and feet especially my finger nails it’s less than half the price of Soft Services.

    1. I love that body cream! I’ve been using it for years and no one talks about it. I use it on hands before bed every night. After a shower I use a body lotion then use the PC Replenishing cream on my elbows and any other spot that needs a little extra TLC. I sometimes use it on my face if it feels extra dry. When PC has a good sale I buy multiple tubes.

  5. I’ve tried the Shiseido sunscreen. The formula is nice, but I personally don’t like the packaging. Because the formula is liquid-y, it’s hard to control the amount that comes out.

  6. Can you please do a version of this with affordable products? The body uses up a lot more quantities and it’s really difficult to know what is and isn’t a marketing gimmick with accessible drug-store or Korean products…

  7. Love your content, but although I can have a billion step routine on the face, not for the body, if I am able to use a moisturizer after eaxh shower I am happy😂😂. But here is mine, although not super consistent: 10% urea lotion after shower(currently using the 1 liter one from isdin, kinda sticky, but leave the skin super soft), a few times a week the ordinary glycolic acod toner on butt and thighs for smoothness, 30% urea cream on feet a few times in a row and after the 10% and if I remember, a retinoid for back. Cleanaing oil(again the 1 liter one from rilastil) and spf(whatever I have at that moment). Also, absolute best hand cream is back, the chemistry brand

  8. I’ve recently(at 35) started giving my body skin more attention. I used to only moisturize shaved body parts on shave days. But now I moisturize the full body after I shower.

  9. A thoughtful approach to long-term wellness and self-care. Covering everything from the neck to the toes makes this routine feel practical, comprehensive, and easy to incorporate into everyday life.
