I’ve always wash my hair everyday; then for a few months I tried washing my hair 4 times a week for a few months and it wrecked my hair and scalp. Now I went back to washing everyday. I have oily, fine wavy hair. I’ve incorporated CeraVe anti dandruff shampoo twice a week and hair really helped my hair and a lot of regrowth. I’m also in
Menopause so my scalp is so healthy now. I started trying a travel size of H&S but switched to CeraVe since they don’t use dyes and MIT. Thanks for the info
