I'm really struggling with under eye wrinkles atm. I have tried and used many of the eye products you have suggested over the years. So often, I find that eye products are claiming to do too many things. I don't want something for bags ect. I just want what's extending from my always-been-there Dennie–Morgan folds to be greatly reduced

Copper tripeptide is water soluble. And yet, in that Medicube peptide serum, it’s the oil layer that appears blue. So, I think it’s actually some plant extract that gives the blue hue, not copper tripeptide. All the peptides should be in the water phase. So… the concentration is probably not that high.
It also makes more sense price wise.
