I wish people didn’t take these influencers seriously. They have no credentials what so ever to be making these claims.
so much nonsense out there
Cracks me up when a sixteen year old makes an anti-aging video. Although to be honest I have never been on TikTok or Instagram. It’s all a load of lies and narcissism.
Anyone else annoyed when these girls tap products with those fake nails? It just sets my teeth on edge.😣
@@Claudialupper Yes the nail tapping is very annoying. I left a comment on another video a few days ago then saw yours today 😂
❤❤❤
@@Claudialupperyes! The gel nails make me cringe 😬
Lymph brushing is something our PT uses for cancer patients.
who have damaged lymphatics from cancer treatment
@ Yes, exactly!!!! ❤️❤️ Sorry I didn’t make that clear!!
❤❤❤
Good 😊 Morning Dr. D: So glad we have you to help combat all the postings that have false claims here on YouTube. Question: What do you think of the Renpure shampoo & conditioners❓I am allergic to all things sulfa. I hope you might do a video on this. Thank🌻You and wishing everyone a Terrific Tuesday! ☮️out from Pleak, Texas.

My mother’s doc recommended lymphatic drainage techniques for her legs, they used to swell a lot 😮.
❤❤❤
There’s an aesthetician on this platform who’s all about massage and draining lymph to achieve a snatched jawline and tone the face. However, her best snatching effect came from the neck lift surgical procedure she had.
😂
Is she the one with red hair?
I think about that every time I see her…..honey it’s the surgery!
😸😸😸
Who!
If I touched my face this much I would break out like crazy! But I do appreciate these content creators.
True here too
Thank you again for keeping it real and telling us what is True! And for being fun! Have a great day!

I recently got an eye massager that also vibrates and heats. It’s relaxing, but best of all it helps my sinuses open up. While I have no delusions that it will change anything about my eyes or skin or lymphatics or even sinuses, it does feel super relaxing and makes my eyes less puffy for a while. It’s fun and harmless.
I don’t have rosacea or acne, though. Just plain skin.
❤❤❤
My doctor had no clue as to what has been causing my facial edema-thanks for giving me the answer❤️!
❤❤❤
Happy Tuesday, Dr. Dray❤
❤❤
Well for me it’s very helpful. My face gets puffy and by doing quick chest, neck and face masagge it’s much better. I mean I wouldn’t expect it to make me model jawline but for my swelling it’s good
❤❤
Thank you for everything! You started me on really caring for my skin head to toe several years ago. It works !! It doesnt have to be expensive! You taught me that as well. Again thank you!
❤❤❤
My massage therapist did some lymphatic drainage work last week and it really helped my sinuses and breathing!
These videos are popular for one main reason. They show a massage routine, which means people will come back and watch them over and over again to follow along, increasing the algorithm.
To be honest, I’ve never known anyone who retained so much fluid in their face that they had to “drain” it. Didn’t even know it was a thing. I’m so glad I’ve stayed off social media. Seems like a lot of questionable people and ideas out there. I feel like a lot of the things you talk about from these sites could possibly cause more harm than good. Thanks, Dr Dray for always speaking the truth. We appreciate you! Happy Tuesday!! I hope you have a tranquil evening. 💟
This and the face massages has been on my mind for a while now,I have puffy face and no matter what i can’t bring myself to do these massages, the streching of skin and puttin so much pressue on it,I needed to know the opnion of someone professional before starting any and boom you uploaded this video, very thankful for your work
Gua sha isn’t just for lymph drainage, it’s fascia release and works
Ok this is what I thought. I’ve always thought it was Similar to foam rolling but for your face. Athletes use gua Sha and similar scraping techniques for targeting repair as well.
Im sooooo happy i saw you post this, im always skeptical of these lymphatic massages…like i dont think its a miracle working thing.
I’ve been doing this on my face, neck etc. everyday in the shower for the past couple years. I do see a difference in my facial skin. Every non surgical treatment helps I figure, like why not.
