I get milia pretty easily for heavy creams. however, I also have really dry under eyes, so I really need them, lol. The best things for me is getting some kind of urea skin care product, applying it first, then my eye cream. It gets rid of my milia in less then a month, and if I don’t stop using the urea, I don’t get milia in the first place. (Also, I don’t use more then 5% urea on my face.)
