  1. I like the Timeless CQ10, but I wonder if in my senior years, I’m wasting my money. I have been using this for quite a few months and it feels good on my skin, but not sure there is any difference. Thanks for the video @Dr. Dray. Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!

  2. All I know is Olay’s Vitamin E serum is working wonders for my skin. Love how the texture of my skin has improved and I’ve regained that “glow.” It’s now a staple in my skincare routine.

    1. @jamievogel9025  It’s just “Olay Vitamin E Oil Serum.” (It’s part of the Olay Boosters collection.) It only cost me $10 on Amazon. It comes in a glass bottle with eye dropper style lid, and a little goes a long way.

    2. @kimbennett3014  oh ok I don’t know why I was thinking the olay super serums that just came out I haven’t seen the boosters yet in my drugstores

  3. Dr. Dray Good-morning! It’s midnight here and I am studying for my Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry exam tomorrow and then Microbiology and Parasitology with Compounding in Hospital Pharmacy and it’s been so exhausting looking at thousands of slides so I’m taking a 20 minute break before I finish my tasks. Thank you so much for uploading. Your videos honestly help me quite a bit to relax just a little.

  4. So anti-oxidants, just another skincare scam from these overpriced and pretentious skincare companies. Thanks Doc, one more thing NOT to waste money on.

  5. Good afternoon! I would love to see a video about the benefits of almonds in our diets. I love and make my own almond butter and eat two or three spoonfuls of it every day. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to help us decide what could be the best care for our skin.

    1. Do you make the almond butter with raw, or roasted almonds ? I already have almond milk. It’s too bad that almonds are so expensive, because they’re a superfood, lol !

  6. I eat nothing but whole fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, and whole grains. My skin has improved so much since adopting this lifestyle! A video on almonds would be great!

    1. I’m thinking about adopting this lifestyle too! Can you please share with me what you eat for protein? Do you eat dairy?

  7. I would like to know if you think there’s a difference in efficacy of various fruit / food based AHAs, like Malic (Apple) versus Ascorbic (Citrus) or Lactic (Dairy). I used an amazing Apple based AHA face lotion years ago, and it was miraculous. But nowadays, Malic acid is scarce compared to other AHAs. I know the brand, ‘Q+A’ makes a Malic Acid facial gel, and I’m wondering if I should bother or just stick to my usual Glycolic Acid product.

    As Always, great info Doc!

  8. Totally agree with you. We need scientific studies on antioxidants and which ones work best and are readily absorbed into the deeper layers. Surprised the studies weren’t done years ago.

  9. I love almonds please do the video I would be very excited to learn more! Thank you always Dr Dray for the knowledge you share. I been a fan for the past 7 years! ❤

  10. Thank you for this video! I’ve been trying to add more nuts and seeds in my diet and drinking more water. I would love a video about the benefits of almonds.

  11. Please do a video on almonds. I eat one serving of raw almonds every day, and have been for decades. I would love to hear what you have to say! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! 🙏🏼

  12. Thank you for your honesty. I don’t expect miracles and take the hype about products with a grain of salt. I use various products but I do not pay outrageous prices. Expensive does not mean better but I think we have grown up thinking so. Just like some popular name brand clothes are cheaply made. Expensive, but don’t hold up any better than a no name but everyone has to have those expensive jackets and hoodies to *fit in.”

  13. Just saw a Medscape article on the benefits of almonds and almond oil for wrinkles. Would love to hear more about this. Thank you Dr. Dray for all you do! 😃

  14. Tati had a “myth busting” video recently. Don’t eat seeds if you want to avoid sunburn was just one myth she espoused. It was wild!
    Thanks for keeping it real.

    1. she was referring to seed oils and she was referring to her experience..Seed oils are not healthy so it’s better to avoid them

    2. @Andra Andra Personal experience means next to nothing for scientific inquiry. Tati is great with makeup, but she’s bad at research. The whole anti-seed oil propaganda makes no sense and has no solid evidence to back it up. Actual medical research institutions like Harvard keep trying to debunk these claims, but it’s the Internet, so some influencer’s “opinion” and “personal experience” matters more than actual data.

  15. This is why I love your videos. The forthright, accurate, & reality based information/data you provide is really helpful when trying to select skincare. ❤Thank you Dr. Dre!❤

  16. Thanks for the info, Dr Dray! I’m sure a lot of us are always searching for a true anti aging product. Unfortunately, I don’t think they exist so I will continue to take care of my skin the way you taught me and accept that I can’t turn back the hands of time. And I’m ok with that. I love almonds so I would appreciate any info on them or any nuts. Thanks as always. Happy Tuesday! I hope you have a peaceful evening. 💛

  17. Interesting note perhaps?

I test positive for allergies to almonds, but I don’t have a reaction to them. After discussing it with an allergist, she suggested I continue eating them as apparently I had built a tolerance and it would be good to maintain that tolerance.
