You can do facial exercises for free though.. If we can shape our bodys by exercising their muscles, then it only makes sense that the same applies to our facial muscles as well
Helps me with sinus drainage leading to less puffy skin and loosening tight muscles from stress which has helped with harsh frown lines. Collagen has increased, lines softened. A bit lazy on my other skincare and sunblock. I look better and feel better from the exercises…at the very least it helps to force a smile when doing the exercises in the mirror and smiling is always a win 😊
Why is exercising a muscle controversial in the XXIst century? Wind instrument players’ s malaris, ballet dancer’ s platysma or people with TMJ problems masseters. They are heavily tonified or even hypertrophied due to?…
Common sense would say that any muscle in the body could be toned just like regular excerising can do. If you’ve watched enough dr dray vids you’ll notice she’s a simp for the industry. What money would surgeons make if everyone also excerised their face muscles
This is the thought process I understand aswell. The question is, how to exercise those muscles without squinting etc which creates lines. The facial exercises I’ve seen online often require being aggressive with your skin which is never a good thing.
Also, Dray referring to studies is a bit of mute point since there are no financial incentives to study facial exercises. Why would anyone spend a lot of money studying something they can’t make money of?
Good point ! It will all depends on how you work those muscles out. I like Yoga Face Method YouTube channel. There other channels some I don’t like, some I don’t know.
They do wonders honestly 🥰they really help relax wrinkles & along side the serums & creams ….. I found really made my skin look better & smoother 🥰🥰🥰🥰🇦🇺
Thank you for all of your great content! I know this isnt the topic of this video but I have some video topic ideas that I don’t see anyone doing, but I’d love to see: rating sunscreens based on how fast and how much they dry down (for those of us that wear glasses – you know what I’m talking about!), using one mineral sunscreen to start the day but then reapplying with a different mineral sunscreen later (say if you have one you like to start the day with and one to keep in your bag), trying different setting sprays over mineral sunscreens, and definitely more videos about tinted sunscreen and foundation pairings.
Yet, the comments section is going to be filled with a plethora of unbelievably gullible women claiming that in spite of these basic facts, facial exercises do work based on pure subjectivity. The stupidity is just..
Thank you for clearing up the internet noise, as always.
Dr Dray , I just had an idea , can you please review the new Hyper Real skincare from MAC cosmetics? I am a MAC retail artist , and I would LOVE if I had your opinion on this line . Consists of a serum , a moisturiser and a cleansing oil. The serum and the moisturiser contain ceramides , niacinamide , hyaluronic acid and an extract from a rare Japanese peony . Please , I would love to have your opinion on this line . Thank you in advance ❤️
Happy Tuesday Dr Dray excited to be here. Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge have a good night.

How can you measure if your collagen has increased and lines have decreased? It seems like it’s much easier to just use skincare no?
It makes sense that it might be helpful, on the other hand, if it’s not at least I don’t have to feel bad about being lazy with face fitness 😛
I’d like to know if facial yoga/exercises helpnwith facial laxity

But will they make them worse??? That’s my question . It’s fine it it doesn’t do anything but it would suck for it to cause wrinkles
