I love Pantene. I use the volumizing line. You don’t need to spend a fortune for good hair.
Blue Lizard Sunscreen leaves a VERY shiny finish on the skin. I’m talking oil slick shiny. If you like the glazed donut look, then you’ll like Blue Lizard.
The Manyo Bifida Biome serum saved my face. That and the toner helped heal my barrier and even out my skin tone from really bad hormonal hyperpigmentation. They worked really fast too.

I LOVE the ma:nyo bifida biome ferment ampule some people it takes about a month for the skin to show benefits bc it is so gentle but mine showed drastic improvements in under two weeks. It def helped save my skin.
Arnica is a must have for muscle strain and bruising..just my opinion
Neutrogena does have two with low levels of niacinamide that I love – one is a gel with 4% and one is a cream with probably less than 4% and both have pantothenic acid. No discernable fragrance. Good stuff!
Also 2 set pajama pants from gap is great bcs 100% Cotton fabric in clothing is becom8ng harder to find.

*Gold* *Bond* *Retinol* *Overnight* is one of the best out there. I use all over the body and also as my hand and foot cream throughout the day when I’m home and for the night. It really improved my skin. Then I ran out and a couple of times could not find an employee to unlock the shelf door at a store, and then they did not have it. I noticed how dry my hands and feet became again, no matter how much of other creams I was using. So I went out of my way and drove to another part of town where they always have it and it’s not locked out.
Arnica is fantastic for bruises, especially if it is applied soon after getting a trama to the skin! We always keep a couple of tubes on hand for bumps and bruises. It reduces swelling and discoloring quickly.
I can’t use Avoderm. I think that i am allergic to it because it always makes me itch.
I have to agree with the doctor about working out with a fan! My treadmill has a fan that helps ne to work out more.
That Huxley essence toner is amazing for dry skin! My mom and I love it and it’s making my skin feel so much smoother
