  1. Thank you for this video! I was recently diagnosed as prediabetic, and I’ve been making lifestyle changes with diet and exercise. I’ve lost 14 pounds in 2 months and I’m going to keep going (I have more to lose but it’s a good start.) This video is really helpful and motivating for me to continue on and now I know what things to watch for in my skin as well. I appreciate all that you do!

    1. Diagnosed with pre-diabetes and I have always been a lightweight, athletic, nearly vegan person. Genetics be damned! 😮

    2. @@DrDrayzdaythanks! I’m definitely feeling so much better as far as energy levels, sleep quality, stress reduction, clothes fitting better, etc. 30-60 minutes of exercise 5 or 6 days a week and working with a nutritionist and my family doctor has been great. I appreciate your wisdom you share too!

  2. And that’s why we should take care of our body’s overall health quite seriously 😊❤. Early diagnoses can literally save our lives and prolong them ❤. Thanks Doctor Andrea for informing us 😊❤.

  3. Both my kids have diabetes & I worry about them as they get older. Thank you. Have a great weekend!❤️

    1. Check out the Glucose Goddess 10 hacks. Very easy to follow & dramatically reduces glucose spikes. She has a book as well as videos on YouTube

  4. This video is so timely. Was just diagnosed with Pre-diabetes myself. Working to reverse that. Such important info. Thank you Dr. Dray 👍

  5. I haven’t been diagnosed with pre diabetes but I’ve noticed in my blood work that my bloods sugar levels have been very close to that range and I have a couple of the things you mentioned here (increase in skin tags and the hair growth in unwanted places) now I definitely feel like I need to make some changes. Thanks for the video! Very informative 😊

  6. made a doctor appointment immediately after watching this ): thanks dr. dray i think you might’ve saved my life

  7. Such an important topic, Dr Dray. Diabetes seems to be running rampant and the sooner someone can get a handle on it the better. I’ve had many family members that were diabetic including my late husband. It’s a devastating disease. I appreciate you talking about this and hopefully this video can help someone before it’s too late. Happy Friday, Dr Dray! I hope you, your sweet momma and little Tybee have a wonderful weekend! 💕
