I personally don’t agree with everything said here. Aging gracefully can mean doing nothing. And it can mean doing a little for some prevention. But A LOT of people start too early or take it too far and when they hit 60-70 they are not going to look like they aged gracefully, they’re going to look like the had work done. And that isn’t necessarily wrong or bad, it’s just not what I think aging gracefully means.
