  1. I wish Dr dray do a video about feminine hygiene, im really confused about many topics, like somepeople say to use just water and others soap, and someone say soap and water just in some areas, im so confused, and not just the front the backside many doctors dont talk about this, it would be informative and can help to avoid problems to this complex areas

    1. Dr Dray has talked about this. She along with ob/gyns say water inside and gentle/mild soap outside. Dr. Jennifer Lincoln, ob/gyn, has several videos on this. The vagina is self cleaning and soap can mess up your pH. Dr. Lincoln has said you’re not supposed to smell like flowers (she’s really not a fan of the feminine hygiene industry which she considers a money grab and ways to make women feel bad about their body functions). If you smell off or have discharges, check with your ob/gyn and ask them questions.

    2. @@db-gb5xiik, never soap inside, and better use water in the inner lips, but i wanna see a more specific way to talk about, we have hair in some areas, the backside is a very delicated skin that we dont talk about too, some people just rub hard and just care about the kitty, personally its important to know this, as you see i talked about the outside, more like where the hair grow, they dont give us details to us like, use on outer lips and oubic mound only, where the hair grows, or say some producti especific to anal care, some people have anal skin problems not due to products or irritation but, like fissures and hemorroids, particulary i suffer for a fissure problem in some moment of my like and it was horrible, when i searched k never found a specific direction to how to cleanse and care of this condition, this is what i want to see a dermatologist not just a gyn or a proctologist talking

  2. I found that a body cream or lotion with urea and ceramides, along with glycolic acid toner or another product works great for dark spots, KP, and stretch marks.

  3. Greetings Dr Dray hope u r well n Yesss this Vid is Gonna b so Informative🧴🔥n Happy Friday😀n Thanks👍!!!….

  4. I’m 19 turning 20 next month and I’ve had near decade old stretch marks that I’ve been insecure about since I was 11 years old. I really hope I can get rid of them. 😭

    1. @@julia-ex7imYes it makes a difference with a hydrating serum and using retinal cream but not at the same time! Less visible but still there though. I was told laser treatments are the only way to get rid of them but not 100%. Like 80% per my dermatologist

  5. When I am not moisturizing twice daily, I get itchy eruptions that I pick in my sleep 🥊 Have to pursue with GA pre-shower. Then Vitamin C. Top with ISDEN Urea 10 Lotion. Constant battle 🙄. Wait ! Have alot of HA inventory! Thanks for that, Dr. Dray !

  6. After a while I’ve kind of started to appreciate how my stretch marks look. Honestly I think they look pretty awesome but I’m glad to hear that there’s options to make them look a bit less prominent too.

  7. I have had dozens of dark spots on my legs for two months leftover from bug bites, so this video was long awaited, let’s hope it works for me! 🤞

  8. My stretch marks dont bother me.. or my husband so Im good. If others dont like them, dont look! I take care of myself the best I can .. stretch marks are out of my control. Dark marks on my back however.. hate! 😂 I treat any spots right away with a dark spot serum & sunscreen during the day & retinol at night. They go away.. it just takes time. Then a new bite or pimple pops up.. its ongoing 😂

  9. Thanks Dr. Dray for uploading this content because nobody is talking about body hyperpigmentation, especially in terms of dark marks and stretch marks. 👍🙌👏
