  1. Here’s three products I’ve been using to keep the KP at bay:
    1. Cleanser: Effaclar gel purifiant micro-peeling 2% salicylic acid by La Roche Posay (once a day)
    2. Moisturizer: Ureadin ultra 20% by ISDIN (twice a day)
    3. Sunscreen: Anthelios UVmune 400 50+ by La Roche Posay (only if I’m outdoors arms exposed)
    Thanks Dr. Dray.

  2. I have been following your advice for a few years on skincare & I have had the best skin since! Thank you so much!

    1. You can see alot of people in the comments of these videos who had very bad KP. Most clear it up in a few months by doing these steps. No long hot showers, using salicylic and lactic acid body washes/creams/lotions. Using Urea , etc

  3. I have KP and I’ve always struggled to understand what causes it to flare. Sometimes it clears up unexpectedly but I’ve found showering once a day and gently exfoliating with a loofa with shea moisture coconut oil body wash has helped. ❤

  4. What can be done for KP on the cheeks for a 7 years old kid other than just moisturizers without any lactic acid or salicylic acid? Can we use amlactin lotion or Cerave SA?

    1. Both my kids had the bumps on their cheeks and have had four years. I started just using hyaluronic acid, and a Moisturiser with HA in it, and both have significantly cleared up.
I’m guessing it’s different to what we get on our bodies as adults because HA doesn’t work for my arms at all.

    2. @Monique F thanks for the reply any specific moisturizer with Ha that I can use on his face as he got bumpy cheeks.

  5. Im not giving up my hot showers, lol. Im currently using lactic acid to treat my kp, but I actually prefer glycolic acid. I get faster results with the glycolic than the lactic.

  6. topicals slather is the best product ive ever used for my KP. It’s a body serum with retinol, lactic + glycolic acid, urea and squalane. I only use it twice a week as “maintenance” and avoid triggers like hot showers and tight clothing (i noticed my kp got a lot better on my legs when i stopped wearing leggings all the time!)

  7. I love my hot showers.. especially in the cold winters. But honestly, showering every other day has been helpful

  8. I’ve always found my kp on my arms really stubborn to treat, but since watching your videos I’ve used Eucerin 10% urea body lotion and it’s worked better than anything else I’ve ever tried! I’d say it’s reduced my KP by around 70%!

  9. I am not sure what exactly I have my on arms, but I start having some tiny bumps some are red, some just bumps. This happened when I moved to Hot humid country. However I would say I don’t walk outside a lot to sweat and dont take hot shower as well, it just appeared recently and not sure what to do 😢

  10. I just began using the glycolic acid body wash from Naturium, and I am very pleasantly surprised at how amazing ALL of my skin feels now!
